You’re planning a wedding, and now you’re looking for someone who can hold the moment with warmth, humour, and a little bit of sparkle.
That’s where I step in.
I’m here to create a ceremony that feels like wandering through a secret garden with your favourite person – intimate, modern, a touch whimsical, and true to who you are.
I want to know the real story: the glances, the quirks, the “this is so us” moments. I take all of that and craft something romantic, cheeky, and completely yours.
I’m inclusive, open-minded, and relaxed in vibe but rock-solid where it counts. You can trust me to guide the moment, keep things flowing, and make sure your ceremony feels effortless while you two just breathe and take each other in.
Yes, Willow & Eves is my little slice of magic – but I’m not glued to it. If you’re getting married at another stunning venue, in a garden, on a beach, up a mountain or in your backyard, just say the word and I’ll be there.
I live for that split second when you look at each other and everything else fades – the nerves, the noise, the aunties. Just you two, choosing each other. Being part of that moment is pure magic.
If you’re feeling the vibe, reach out. Let’s chat or share a drink and see if we click.
Let’s talk
If it feels like we could be the dream team, get in touch to check my availability. We’ll have a relaxed, no-obligation chat – over coffee, wine, or online if you’re out of Auckland. It’s simply a chance to connect and explore what you’re imagining for your day.
Making it official
Once you book, we dive into the fun part. We’ll talk through your ideas, the vibe you want, and all the little details that make your ceremony yours. I’ll share tips, vow-writing guidance, and ask a few thoughtful questions so I can start crafting a ceremony that feels genuinely “you two”. We refine it together until it’s perfect.
Your marriage licence
You’ll need a valid NZ Marriage Licence -it’s quick and easy to apply for online. You’ll list me as your celebrant and confirm your ceremony location (plus a backup if it’s outdoors).
Rehearsal vibes
As the day gets close, a rehearsal can help everyone feel calm and confident. It’s optional, but it smooths out any little kinks and settles nerves beautifully.
On the day
All our preparation means you get to simply arrive, breathe, and enjoy it. I guide you through every moment, hold the space, and take care of all the legal paperwork afterwards – while you two head off into newlywed bliss.
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.
Super easy – you apply online. Your licence is usually issued within three working days once submitted, costs $150, and is valid for three months. You’ll list me as your celebrant and confirm your ceremony location.
Absolutely. I’m based in Helensville, but I’m happy to travel anywhere in Aotearoa. Travel costs may apply for weddings outside the Auckland region.
Every wedding is different, so pricing depends on what you need – but my minimum fee is $700, reflecting the time, care, and creativity that goes into crafting your ceremony. To secure your date, a non-refundable $100 deposit is required, with the balance due two weeks before your wedding.
Life happens. If you need to move your date, I’ll do my best to make it work. If I’m unavailable, I’ll help you find another wonderful celebrant. If you cancel more than a month out, a $100 cancellation fee applies. If you cancel within a month of your wedding, the full fee is non-refundable.
